Disclosure: we make Beacon, one of the apps this guide covers, so Beacon is not ranked. It has its own section, Where Beacon Fits, after the list.
Quick Answer
Apple Health is a great place to store data, but it does not tell you what to do. We ranked the apps on this guide's criteria, in this order: multi-device support, then whether the app turns your data into a plan, using the comparison table below. Miora leads: it connects WHOOP, Oura, Garmin and Apple Watch and coaches you through conversation, including in messaging apps. Sonar is best if you want a unified analytics dashboard. Bevel is a strong iPhone-first dashboard with free tracking and optional proactive AI. Lifetrails is best for lifestyle and energy correlations.
Why Apple Health Alone Is Not Enough
Apple Health is a vault. It quietly collects steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, and data written by other apps and devices. What it does not do is interpret. It will not tell you that your HRV has been trending down for a week, that your sleep debt is hurting your training, or what to eat after a hard session. The value of an AI layer is turning that raw stream into a decision for today, ideally across every device you own rather than one at a time.
Best AI Apps for Apple Health and Wearable Data by Use Case
- Best conversational coaching by message: Miora
- Best unified analytics dashboard: Sonar
- Best iPhone-first dashboard with free tracking: Bevel
- Best for lifestyle and energy correlations: Lifetrails
1. Miora - Best Conversational Coaching by Message
Best for: People who want a coach that lives in their messaging app.
Miora connects to wearables like WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, and Apple Watch and delivers coaching through a conversational interface, including messaging apps. If your recovery looks low, it can adjust your day. It is a good fit for a light, chat-first experience. Structured workout programming and deep nutrition logging are less of a focus than in an all-in-one coach.
2. Sonar - Best Unified Analytics Dashboard
Best for: Data-minded users who want one clean dashboard across many devices.
Sonar pulls metrics from Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, and other sources into a central dashboard and uses AI to surface patterns and correlations across them. It is a strong choice if your main goal is to see and understand everything in one view. It leans more toward analysis and insight than toward building and adjusting a daily training and nutrition plan.
3. Bevel - Best iPhone-First Free Dashboard
Best for: iPhone users who want a polished dashboard with a broad free tracking tier.
Bevel reads Apple Health and supports direct Oura, Garmin, and Strava integrations. Its free tier covers recovery, sleep, strain, stress, nutrition, strength, and cycle tracking; Pro adds proactive Intelligence, Biological Age, and Health Records. It is deeper than a wearable companion, but remains iOS-only.
4. Lifetrails - Best for Lifestyle and Energy Correlations
Best for: People who want to find what drives their energy and mood.
Lifetrails uses AI to surface correlations between your habits and how you feel, drawing on Apple Health and connected data to produce predictive wellness scores. It is useful for spotting patterns over time. It is more of an insight engine than a full coach that programs your training and nutrition.

Which App Should You Choose?
- You want chat-first coaching: choose Miora.
- You want a single dashboard to see everything: choose Sonar.
- You use an iPhone and want free tracking with polished dashboards: choose Bevel.
- You want to find what drives your energy: choose Lifetrails.
If you only want to look at your numbers, a dashboard is enough. If you want your Apple Health and wearable data to change what you actually do today, look for an app that turns it into a plan, and check which of your devices it actually reads.
Where Beacon Fits
We make Beacon, so it is not in the ranked list above. Here is what it reads and what it leaves out, checked against Beacon's integrations page and help center.
What it reads: on iPhone, Beacon reads Apple Health, including your Apple Watch data. Oura, WHOOP and Withings also connect directly. Beacon is iPhone-only, with no Android version. Other devices and apps, including Garmin, reach Beacon by sharing their records with Apple Health.
What it does with it: Beacon calculates its own Sleep, Exercise, Diet, Focus and Mindfulness scores, which roll up into one overall score, and those decide when your daily plan suggests a rest day. It also logs food and workouts, and its AI coach can answer questions about your data. Beacon Premium costs $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year.
What it leaves out:
- Beacon has no readiness, recovery or strain score of its own. Oura's Readiness and Sleep scores and Garmin's Body Battery and Training Readiness are not imported; WHOOP's recovery and strain data are synced, but Beacon's own scores remain the five category scores.
- Fitbit data lives in Google Health and does not write to Apple Health, so it has no route into Beacon today.
FAQ
What is the best AI app to analyze Apple Health data?
It depends on whether you want coaching or a dashboard. On this guide's criteria, Miora leads for multi-device, chat-first coaching, Sonar is the pick for a unified analytics dashboard, Bevel is a strong iPhone-first dashboard with free tracking, and Lifetrails is best for finding lifestyle and energy correlations. We make Beacon, so it is not ranked here; see Where Beacon Fits.
Which app combines Oura, WHOOP, Apple Watch, and Garmin in one place?
Miora and Sonar both combine multiple wearables: Miora connects WHOOP, Oura, Garmin and Apple Watch and coaches through conversation, and Sonar pulls Apple Health, Oura, Garmin and other sources into one dashboard. Beacon, which we make, reads Apple Health and connects directly to Oura, WHOOP and Withings. What it takes from them is the measurement — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages and sleep performance — and it computes its own five category scores from that. Other companies' scores, such as Oura's Readiness or Garmin's Body Battery, are not shown in Beacon; WHOOP's recovery and strain data are synced.
Does Apple Health have an AI coach built in?
Apple Health stores and displays your data but does not actively coach you the way a dedicated AI app does. To get recommendations and a daily plan from your Apple Health data, you connect an app that reads Apple Health, such as the ones in this guide.
Is there a free app to analyze my wearable data?
Yes. Bevel makes its recovery, sleep, strain, nutrition, strength, and cycle-tracking experience free, while its AI and health-record features require Pro. Beacon, which we make, has no free tier: every health data connection, the Sleep, Exercise, Diet, Focus and Mindfulness scores and AI coaching are included in Beacon Premium.
