We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, and number of clicks. 1.2 Apple HealthKit Data

With your explicit consent, Beacon AI may collect health and fitness data from Apple HealthKit, including but not limited to: steps, workouts, calories burned, distance traveled, heart rate, sleep data, and body measurements. This data is used solely to provide and improve the Service’s health tracking features.

We do not sell HealthKit data to third parties. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes. HealthKit data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service to you, and only with your explicit consent.

1.3 Third-Party Health Platforms

You may optionally connect third-party health platforms including Strava, Oura, and Whoop. When you choose to connect these services, we collect the health and fitness data you authorize from those platforms. These connections are entirely opt-in and can be disconnected at any time.

1.4 Information Collected via Technology

We track information provided to us by your browser or application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from, the type of browser or device you use, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect Non-Personal Information and keep a record of your preferences.

1.5 Analytics

We use third-party analytics services, including Mixpanel, PostHog, and Vercel Analytics, to help us understand how users engage with the Service. These services may collect information about your use of the Service, including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. 1.6 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not directly collect or store your credit card number or banking information. Stripe’s collection and use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

The Site, App, and Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. 2. How We Use and Share Information

Personal Information

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We share Personal Information with vendors performing services for the Company (such as email service providers and analytics platforms), who use your information only at our direction and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We use Personal Information to communicate with you, respond to questions, provide technical support, and inform you about the Service.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Site, App, and Service. 6. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our Site or App. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification.
